Want to let you know that the transition from Saratoga to Schuylerville Schools went equally as smooth. We and "the girls" are very happy with the new school. Both found it easy to find a close group of friends with similar interests and both like their teachers. Our home seems to have become a gathering point for them due to the close proximity of Schuyler Park.

From the moment that I was greeted at the door on my very first visit up to and including the day I picked-up my keys, I felt pampered to the highest degree. The sales office always had time for me regardless of when I visited and construction conducted the pre-inspection and final walk-thru as if I were their one and only customer. What few concerns which I voiced during the entire process from contract to closing were handled professionally and beautifully – something which is very hard to find these days! We really weren't familiar with the area nor did we know anyone locally when we decided to move to Saratoga. We made many trips and met with many different builders, but we were instantly sold when we met with Dan & Sam. The quality of the construction was far superior to anything else that we had seen, and we knew that the neighborhood had been carefully and thoughtfully planned, unlike the large subdivisions that seem to pop up everywhere and lack character or personality. We made many custom changes, and they were happy to work with us and get it right.
